Abstract

ABSTRAK Penelitian ini memiliki tujuan untuk mengetahui dan menganalisis pengaruh pemanfaatan teknologi informasi dan komunikasi, disiplin kerja dan lingkungan kerja terhadap persepsi kualitas kinerja pada guru di Sekolah Dasar Negri 03 dan 011 Semper Barat Jakarta Utara. Pendekatan yang digunakan pada penelitian ini adalah asosiatif dengan metode kuantitatif. Pengolahan data diolah menggunakan metode Sem-Pls dengan menggunakan software SmartPLS version 3.2.9. populasi penelitian ini adalah guru di Sekolah Dasar Negri 03 dan 011 Semper Barat Jakarta Utara. Sampel penelitian menggunakan metode total sampling atau sampel jenuh dengan sampel sebanyak 58 responden guru di Sekolah Dasar Negri 03 dan 011 Semper Barat Jakarta Utara. Data dalam penelitian ini menggunakan jenis data primer dengan teknik pengumpulan data melalui kuisioner dengan media Google Form yang diukur dengan skala Likert. Hasil pada penelitian ini membuktikan bahwa Teknologi Informasi dan Komunikasi berpengaruh positif signifikan terhadap persepsi kualitas kinerja guru di Sekolah Dasar Negri 03 dan 011 Semper Barat Jakarta Utara, sedangkan Disiplin Kerja tidak berpengaruh terhadap persepsi kualitas kinerja guru di Sekolah Dasar Negri 03 dan 011 Semper Barat Jakarta Utara, kemudian Lingkungan Kerja berpengaruh positif signifikan terhadap persepsi kualitas kinerja guru di Sekolah Dasar Negri 03 dan 011 Semper Barat Jakarta Utara. Kata kunci : Teknologi informasi dan komunikasi, Disiplin Kerja, Lingkungan Kerja, Kualitas Kinerja Guru, SDN 03 dan 011 Semper Barat ABSTRACT This study aims to determine and analyze the effect of the use of information and communication technology, work discipline and work environment on the perceived quality of performance of teachers at the 03 and 011 Semper Barat Elementary Schools, North Jakarta. The approach used in this study is associative with quantitative methods. Data processing is processed using the Sem-Pls method using the SmartPLS version 3.2.9 software. The population of this study were teachers at the State Elementary Schools 03 and 011 Semper Barat, North Jakarta. The research sample used the total sampling method or the saturated sample with a sample of 58 teacher respondents at the State Elementary Schools 03 and 011 Semper Barat, North Jakarta. The data in this study uses primary data types with data collection techniques through questionnaires with Google Form media as measured by a Likert scale. The results of this study prove that Information and Communication Technology has a significant positive effect on the perception of the quality of teacher performance at the State Elementary Schools 03 and 011 Semper Barat, North Jakarta, while Work Discipline has no effect on the perception of the quality of teacher performance at the State Elementary Schools 03 and 011 Semper Barat Jakarta. North, then the Work Environment has a significant positive effect on the perception of the quality of teacher performance at the State Elementary Schools 03 and 011 Semper Barat, North Jakarta.
