Abstract

ABSTRAK Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh kompensasi, disiplin kerja dan motivasi terhadap loyalitas karyawan melalui kepuasan kerja pada bank mandiri rp soeroso Data penelitian yang dihimpun melalui kuisioner dengan pertimbangan sampel terpilih adalah karyawan bank mandiri rp soeroso yang dipilih secara purposive sampling, yang kemudian pengolahan data dalam penelitian ini menggunakan perangkat lunak statistik SPSS 24.0 Hasil penelitian diperoleh bahwa kompensasi berpengaruh langsung terhadap kepuasan kerja, disiplin kerja berpengaruh langsung terhadap kepuasan kerja, motivasi tidak berpengaruh langsung terhadap kepuasan kerja, kompensasi tidak berpengaruh langsung terhadap loyalitas karyawan, disiplin kerja tidak berpengaruh langsung terhadap loyalitas karyawan, motivasi berpengaruh langsung terhadap loyalitas karyawan, kepuasan kerja berpengaruh langsung terhadap loyalitas karyawan, kompensasi berpengaruh terhadap loyalitas karyawan melalui kepuasan kerja, disiplin kerja berpengaruh terhadap loyalitas karyawan melalui kepuasan kerja dan motivasi tidak berpengaruh terhadap loyalitas karyawan melalui kepuasan kerja ABSTRACT This study aims to determine the effect of compensation, work discipline and motivation on employee loyalty through job satisfaction at Bank Mandiri RP Soeroso The research data was collected through a questionnaire with the consideration that the selected sample were employees of Bank Mandiri RP Soeroso who were selected by purposive sampling, which then processed the data in this study using statistical software SPSS 24.0. The results showed that compensation has a direct effect on job satisfaction, work discipline has a direct effect on job satisfaction, motivation has no direct effect on job satisfaction, compensation has no direct effect on employee loyalty, work discipline does not directly affect employee loyalty, motivation has a direct effect on employee loyalty. , job satisfaction has a direct effect on employee loyalty, compensation has an effect on employee loyalty through job satisfaction, work discipline affects employee loyalty through job satisfaction and motivation has no effect on employee loyalty through job satisfaction.
