Abstract
Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh lingkungan kerja, beban kerja, disiplin dan motivasi terhadap kepuasan kerja pada karyawan Perumda Dharma Jaya. Strategi yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah strategi penelitian kuantitatif dengan metode survei. Populasi dan sampel dari penelitian ini adalah karyawan Perumda Dharma Jaya yang berjumlah 62 karyawan. Teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan kuisioner yang telah diuji validitas dan reliabilitasnya. Analisis yang digunakan adalah koefisien determinasi, uji T menggunakan program SPSS versi 25.0. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa variabel Disiplin Kerja tidak berpengaruh signifikan terhadap Kepuasan Kerja Karyawan perumda Dharma Jaya, variabel Lingkungan Kerja, Beban Kerja dan Motivasi berpengaruh signifikan terhadap Kepuasan Kerja Karyawan Perumda Dharma Jaya. Secara hasil uji t bahwa variabel Lingkungan Kerja, Beban Kerja, dan Motivasi berpengaruh positif signifikan terhadap Kepuasan Kerja Perumda Dharma Jaya. This study aims to determine the effect of the work environment, workload, discipline and motivation on job satisfaction of the employees of Perumda Dharma Jaya. The strategy used in this research is a quantitative research strategy with survey methods. The population and sample of this study were employees of Perumda Dharma Jaya, totaling 62 employees. Data collection techniques using questionnaires that have been tested for validity and reliability. The analysis used is the coefficient of determination, T test using SPSS version 25.0 program. The results showed that the work discipline variable had no significant effect on the job satisfaction of the employees of Perumda Dharma Jaya, the variables of the work environment, workload and motivation had a significant effect on the job satisfaction of the employees of Perumda Dharma Jaya. The results of the t-test show that the variables of work environment, workload, and motivation have a significant positive effect on job satisfaction for Perumda Dharma Jaya.
