Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh lingkungan kerja, beban kerja, dan kompensasi terhadap kepuasan kerja pada masa Pandemi Covid 19. Lingkungan kerja, beban kerja, dan kompensasi sebagai variabel dependen, sedangkan kepuasan kerja sebagai variabel independen. Penelitian ini menggunakan jenis penelitian asosiatif dengan pendekatan kuantitatif, yang dilakukan di Matahari Department Store Arion Mall dengan sampel sebanyak 89 responden. Teknik pengambilan sampel yang dilakukan dalam penelitian ini menggunakan sampel jenuh yang menggunakan teknik pengambilan sampel apabila seluruh populasi dijadikan sampel. Jenis data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah data primer. Teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan Google Form yang diukur dengan skala Likert. Metode pengolahan data dalam penelitian ini menggunakan aplikasi IBM SPSS versi 26. Peneliti menguji analisis koefisien determinasi secara parsial dan simultan dan pengujian hipotesis dengan menggunakan uji t dan uji F. Hasil dari penelitian ini membuktikan bahwa variabel lingkungan kerja dan kompensasi berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kepuasan kerja karyawan pada masa Pandemi Covid 19, Sedangkan variabel beban kerja tidak berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kepuasan kerja karyawan pada masa Pandemi Covid 19. This study aims to determine the effect of the work environment,workload, and compensation on job satisfaction during the Covid 19 Pandemic. Work environment, workload, and compensation as dependent variables, while job satisfaction as independent variables. This study uses associative research with a quantitative approach which was conducted at Matahari Department Store Arion Mall with a sample of 89 respondents. The sampling technique used in this study used a saturated sample using a sampling technique when the entire population is sampled. The type of data used in this study is primary data. Data collection techniques use Google Form which is measured with a Likert scale. The data processing method in this study uses the IBM SPSS version 26 application. The researcher tested the analysis of the coefficient of determination partially and simultaneously and tested the hypothesis by using the t test and F test. The results of this study prove that the work environment variable and compensation have a significant effect on employee job satisfaction during the Covid 19 Pandemic, while the workload variable has no significant effect on employee job satisfaction during the Covid 19 Pandemic.
