Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of Knowledge Management Perception, Skill Perception, Attitude Perception and Motivation on Career Development at PT. Indonesia Ferry Property. The method used in this research is survey research. The population in this study is the entire community who work / employees at PT. Indonesia Ferry Property. The sample in this study was 100 respondents.The data analysis method used is statistical analysis of descriptive data and analysis of respondents answers. Statistical analysis methods can be selected and tailored to the objectives of the study. Calculation using SPSS versi 25.00 with coefficient of determination and hypothesis testing (t-test). The results of the research t indicate that the Knowledge Management Perception variable has no effect on Career Development. Skill Perception Variables have an effect on Career Development. The Attitude Perception Variable has an effect on Career Development. Motivation variable has no effect on Career Development. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh Persepsi Knowledge Management, Persepsi Skill, Persepsi Attitude dan Motivasi Terhadap Pengemabgan Karir di PT. Indonesia Ferry Property. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah penelitian survei. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah seluruh masyarakat yang bekerja / karyawan di PT. Indonesia Ferry Property. Sampel dalam penelitian ini adalah 100 responden. Metode analisis data yang digunakan adalah analisis statistik data deskriptif dan analisis jawaban responden. Metode analisis statistik dapat dipilih dan disesuaikan dengan tujuan penelitian. Perhitungan menggunakan program SPSS versi 25.00 dengan koefesien determinasi dan pengujian hipotesis (uji t). Hasil penelitian uji t menunjukkan bahwa variabel Persepsi Knowledge Management tidak berpengaruh terhadap Pengembangan Karir. Variabel Persepsi Skill berpengaruh terhadap Pengembangan Karir. Variabel Persepsi Attitude berpengaruh terhadap Pengembangan Karir. Variabel Motivasi tidak berpengaruh terhadap Pengembangan Karir.
