Abstract

ABSTRAK Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh kepemimpinan transformasional dan pelatihan kerja terhadap kinerja karyawan dengan kompensasi sebagai variabel moderasi (Studi Kasus PT. Astra Internasional Bmw Sunter). Desain penelitian ini merupakan penelitian kuantitatif asosiatif. Data yang digunakan adalah data primer dan data sekunder. Metode pengumpulan data menggunakan kuesioner. Teknik pengambilan sampel yang digunakan adalah teknik purposive sampling, dan jumlah sampel sebanyak 77 responden. Analisis menggunakan model Regresi Berganda dengan efek moderator, disertai dengan uji hipotesis. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan, bahwa Kepemimpinan berpengaruh negatif signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan, Pelatihan kerja berpengaruh positif signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan, Kompensasi dapat memoderasi pengaruh kepemimpinan transformasional dan pengaruh pelatihan terhadap kinerja karyawan. Kata Kunci : Kemimpinan Transformasional, Pelatihan Kerja, Kompensasi, Kinerja Karyawan. ABSTRACT This study aims to determine the effect of transformational leadership and job training on employee performance with compensation as a moderating variable (Case Study of PT. Astra Internasional Bmw Sunter). This research design is an associative quantitative research. The data used are primary data and secondary data. Methods of data collection using a questionnaire. The sampling technique used is purposive sampling technique, and the number of samples is 77 respondents. The analysis uses the Multiple Regression model with a moderating effect, accompanied by hypothesis testing. The results show that leadership has a significant negative effect on employee performance, job training has a significant positive effect on employee performance, compensation can moderate the effect of transformational leadership and the effect of training on employee performance.
