Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh kepemimpinan, lingkungan kerja dan motivasi kerja terhadap kepuasan kerja karyawan pada RSUD Tanah Abang Jakarta. Pendeketan penelitian ini menggunakan kuantitatif. Metode pengumpulan data menggunakan kuesioner yang diukur menggunakan skala likert. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah karyawan atau staff RSUD Tanah Abang. Metode pengambilan sempel menggunakan Teknik sampel jenuh yang seluruh jumlah populasi di jadikan sampel penelitian berjumlah 65 responden. Dalam penelitian ini Teknik analisis data yang digunakan yaitu analisis jalur dengan bantuan sofware WarpPLS 8.0. Hasil penelitian menyimpulkan (1) Kepemimpinan berpanguh terhadap motivasi kerja. (2) Kepemimpinan tidak berpengaruh terhadap kepuasan kerja. (3) Lingkungan kerja berpengaruh terhadap motivasi kerja. (4) Lingkungan kerja berpengaruh terhadap kepuasan kerja. (5) Motivasi kerja berpengaruh terhadap kepuasan kerja. (6) Motivasi kerja memediasi pengaruh kepemimpinan terhadap kepuasan kerja. (7) Motivasi kerja memediasi lingkungan kerja terhadap kepuasan kerja. This study aims to determine the effect of leadership, work environment and work motivation on employee job satisfaction at Tanah Abang Hospital Jakarta. This research approach uses quantitative. The data collection method used a questionnaire which was measured using a Likert scale. The population in this study were employees or staff of Tanah Abang Hospital. The sampling method used the saturated sample technique in which the entire population was made into the research sample totaling 65 respondents. In this study, the data analysis technique used is path analysis with the help of WarpPLS 8.0 software. The results of the study concluded (1) Leadership has an influence on work motivation. (2) Leadership has no effect on job satisfaction. (3) The work environment has an effect on work motivation. (4) The work environment affects job satisfaction. (5) Work motivation has an effect on job satisfaction. (6) Work motivation mediates the influence of leadership on job satisfaction. (7) Work motivation mediates the work environment on job satisfaction.
