Abstract

Tujuan penelitian ini adalah mengetahui dan memahami serta menganalisis pengaruh kecerdasan emosioan dan kecerdasan spiritual terhadap keterikatan kerja melaui kepuasan kerja karyawan bank mandiri area jakarta jatinegara timur. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode Kuantitatif, Teknik pengumpulan sampel menggunakan metode primer ,dengan jumlah sampel sebanyak 104 karyawan. Teknik pengumpulan data mengunakan kuesioner yang telah di uji validitas dan reliabilitasnya. Analisis yang digunakan adalah jalur menggunakan program SPSS versi 24.0 dan uji sobel. Hasil penelitian diperoleh bahwa kecerdasan emosional bepengaruh langsung terhadap keterikatan kerja, kecerdasan emosional berpengaruh langsung terhadap keterikatan kerja, kecerdasan spiritual tidak berpengaruh terhadap keterikatan kerja, kecerdasan emosional berpengaruh terhadap kepuasan kerja, kepuasan kerja berpengaruh terhadp ketrikatan kerja, kecerdasan emosional berpengaruh terhadap keterikatan kerja melalui kepuasan kerja, kecerdasan emosional berpengaruh terhadap keterikatan kerja melalui kepuasan kerja. The purpose of this study was to identify and understand and analyze the influence of emotional intelligence and spiritual intelligence on work engagement through job satisfaction of bank Mandiri employees in the East Jakarta Jatinegara area. This study uses a quantitative method, the technique of collecting samples using the primary method, with a total sample of 104 employees. Data collection techniques using questionnaires that have been tested for validity and reliability. The analysis used is path using SPSS version 24.0 program and Sobel test. The results showed that emotional intelligence has a direct effect on work engagement, emotional intelligence has a direct effect on work engagement, spiritual intelligence has no effect on work engagement, emotional intelligence has an effect on job satisfaction, job satisfaction has an effect on work engagement, emotional intelligence has an effect on work engagement through job satisfaction. At work, emotional intelligence affects work engagement through job satisfaction.
