Abstract

ABSTRAK Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh beban kerja, tekanan waktu, dan kelelahan emosional terhadap work life balance pada wanita karir di daerah Duren Sawit, Jakarta Timur. Penelitian ini menggunakan strategi penelitian asosiatif dengan menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif, yang diukur dengan menggunakan metode analisis koefisien determinasi dengan bantuan SPSS versi 26. Populasi pada penelitian ini adalah seluruh pekerja wanita di daerah Duren Sawit, Jakarta Timur, yaitu 310.878 orang. Sampel ditentukan berdasarkan metode purposive sampling dengan rumus slovin, dengan jumlah sampel sebanyak 100 orang. Data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini menggunakan data primer. Teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan metode kuesioner dan observasi. Pengujian hipotesis pada penelitian ini menggunakan uji t dan uji f. Hasil penelitian membuktikan bahwa secara parsial, beban kerjaberpengaruh negatif terhadap work life balance, tekanan waktu berpengaruh negatif terhadap work life balance, dan kelelahan emosional berpengaruh negatif terhadap work life balance pada pekerja wanita di daerah Duren Sawit, Jakarta Timur. ABSTRACT This study aims to determine the effect of workload, time pressure, and emotional exhaustion on work life balance of career woman in Duren Sawit, East Jakarta. This research uses associative strategy with a quantitative approach, which is measured using the coefficient of determination method use SPSS version 26. The population of this study were all female workers in Duren Sawit, East Jakarta. The sample was determined based on the purposive method with the Slovin formula, with a total of 100 respondents. The data used in this study are primary data. Data collection techniques using questionnaires and observation methods. Hypothesis testing are using t-test and f-test. The results of the study prove that partially workload has negative effect on work life balance, time pressure has negative effect on work life balance, and emotional exhaustion has negative effect on work life balance of career woman in Duren Sawit, East Jakarta.
