Abstract
Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui apakah ada pengaruh Kompensasi, Pengembangan Karyawan dan Komunikasi Internal terhadap Kepuasan Kerja pada PT.ECU Worldwide Indonesia Cabang Jakarta. Penelitian ini menggunakan strategi penelitian asosiatif dengan pendekatan kuantitatif, yang diukur dengan menggunakan metode berbasis koefisien determinasi dengan bantuan SPSS versi 26. Sampel ditentukan berdasarkan metode purposive sampling dengan metode jenuh, yang berjumlah 100 responden.Teknik pengumpulan data dengan cara kuesioner melalui Google Form. Hasil penelitian membuktikan bahwa secara parsial variabel kompensasi berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kepuasan kerja karyawan, pengembangan karyawan tidak berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kepuasan kerja karyawan, dan komunikasi internal berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kepuasan kerja karyawan. Secara simultan bahwa variabel Kompensasi, Pengembangan Karyawan dan Komunikasi Internal secara bersama-sama berpengaruh signifikan terhadap Kepuasan Kerja. This study aims to determine whether there is an effect of Compensation, Employee Development and Internal Communication on Job Satisfaction at PT. ECU Worldwide Indonesia Jakarta Branch. This study uses an associative research strategy with a quantitative approach, which is measured using a method based on the coefficient of determination with the help of SPSS version 26. The sample is determined based on the purposive sampling method with the saturated method, totaling 100 respondents. The data collection technique is by means of a questionnaire through Google Form. The results of the study prove that partially the compensation variable has a significant effect on employee job satisfaction, employee development has no significant effect on employee job satisfaction, and internal communication has a significant effect on employee job satisfaction. Simultaneously, the variables of compensation, employee development and internal communication have a significant effect on job satisfaction.
