Abstract

Penelitian ini memiliki tujuan untuk mengetahui dan menganalisis pengaruh keragaman produk, suasana coffee shop, dan kualitas pelayanan terhadap kepuasan pelanggan pada konsumen Pukul Satu Kopi Rawamangun. Pendekatan yang digunakan pada penelitian ini adalah asosiatif dengan metode kuantitatif. Pengolahan data diolah menggunakan metode Sem-Pls dengan menggunakan software SmartPLS version 3.3.9.Populasi penelitian ini adalah pelanggan dari Pukul Satu Kopi Rawamangun. Sampel penelitian menggunakan metode total sampling atau sampel jenuh dengan sampel sebanyak 97. Data dalam penelitian ini menggunakan jenis data primer dengan teknik pengumpulan data melalui kuesioner dengan media Google Form yang diukur dengan skala Likert. Metode analisis yang digunakan adalah outer model, inner model dan uji t. Hasil penelitian ini membuktikan bahwa keragaman produk berpengaruh positif terhadap kepuasan pelanggan, sedangkan suasana coffee shop tidak berpengaruh terhadap kepuasan pelanggan dan kualitas pelayanan berpengaruh positif terhadap kepuasan pelanggan. This study aims to determine and analyze the effect of product diversity, store atmosphere, and service quality on customer satisfaction at one o'clock coffee in rawamangun. The approach used in this study is associative with quantitative methods. Data processing is processed using the Sem-Pls method using the SmartPLS version 3.3.9 software. The population of this research is consumers or customers from one o'clock coffee in Rawamangun. The research sample used the total sampling method or the saturated sample with a sample of 97. The data in this study used primary data types with data collection techniques through questionnaires with Google Form media as measured by a Likert scale. The analytical method used is the outer model, inner model and t test. The results of this study prove that product diversity has a positive effect on customer satisfaction, while thestore atmosphere of the coffee shop does not affect customer satisfaction, and service quality has a significant positive effect on customer satisfaction
