Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh disiplin kerja, lingkungan kerja dan motivasi kerja terhadap kepuasan kerja karyawan pada karyawan Dinas Sosial Provinsi DKI Jakarta. Strategi yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah strategi penelitian kuantitatif dengan metode survei. Populasi dan sampel dari penelitian ini adalah karyawan Dinas Sosial Provinsi DKI Jakarta yang berjumlah 88 karyawan. Teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan kuisioner yang telah di uji validitas dan reliabilitasnya. Analisis regresi linear dengan teknik yang digunakan adalah koefisien determinasi, uji t dan uji F menggunakan program SPSS versi 25.0 Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa secara parsial variabel Disiplin Kerja berpengaruh positif terhadap kepuasan kerja karyawan, lingkungan kerja berpengaruh positif terhadap kepuasan kerja karyawan dan motivasi kerja berpengaruh positif terhadap kepuasan kerja karyawan. Secara simultan bahwa variabel Disiplin Kerja, Lingkungan kerja dan Motivasi kerja berpengaruh terhadap kepuasan kerja karyawan. This study aims to determine the effect of work discipline, work environment and work motivation on employee job satisfaction for employees of the DKI Jakarta Provincial Social Service. The strategy used in this study is a quantitative research strategy with survey methods. The population and sample of this study were employees of the DKI Jakarta Provincial Social Service which collected 88 employees. Data collection techniques using questionnaires that have been tested for validity and reliability. Linear regression analysis with the technique used is the coefficient of determination, t test and F test using SPSS version 25.0 The results showed that partially the work discipline variable had a positive effect on employee job satisfaction, the work environment had a positive effect on employee job satisfaction and work motivation had a positive effect on employee job satisfaction. Simultaneously, the variables of work discipline, work environment and work motivation have an effect on employee job satisfaction.
