Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh pengalaman kerja, disiplin kerja dan pelatihan kerja terhadap kinerja karyawan pada PT Damco Warehousing Indonesia (Marunda Warehouse) . Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif, yang diukur dengan menggunakan software SmartPLS 3.3.9. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah karyawan PT Damco Warehousing Indonesia. Sampel yang ditentukan berdasarkan metode purposive sampling, dengan jumlah sampel sebanyak 97 orang responden. Data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini berupa data primer dan data sekunder. Teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan metode survei berupa penyebaran kuesioner dengan media google form kepada responden. Dengan menganalisis uji outer model, inner model dan hipotesis menggunakan penelitian SEM-PLS. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukan: (1) pengalaman kerja tidak berpengaruh terhadap kinerja karyawan. (2) disiplin kerja berpengaruh signifikan dan positif terhadap kinerja karyawan sebesar 25%. (3) Pelatihan Kerja berpengaruh signifikan dan positif terhadap kinerja karyawan sebesar 20.3% This study aims to determine the effect of work experience, work discipline and job training on employee performance at PT Damco Warehousing Indonesia (Marunda Warehouse). This study uses a quantitative approach, which is measured using the SmartPLS 3.3.9 software. The population in this study were employees of PT Damco Warehousing Indonesia. The sample was determined based on the purposive sampling method, with a total sample of 97 respondents. The data used in this study are primary data and secondary data. Data collection techniques used survey methods in the form of distributing questionnaires with google form media to respondents. By analyzing the test of the outer model, inner model and hypothesis using SEM-PLS research. The results of this study indicate: (1) work experience has no effect on employee performance. (2) work discipline has a significant and positive effect on employee performance by 25%. (3) Job Training has a significant and positive effect on employee performance by 20.3%.
