Abstract

Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui pengaruh kompensasi, stres kerja, lingkungan kerja, dan motivasi kerja terhadap kepuasan kerja di CV. Alika Buana Jaya Bekasi. Penelitian ini adalah penelitian deskriptif kuantitatif dengan metode data penulis menggunakan survey. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah seluruh karyawan yang ada di CV. Alika Buana Jaya Bekasi. Sampel dalam penelitian ini adalah 72 responden. Teknik analisis yang digunakan adalah teknik analisis koefisien determinasi dan teknik pengujian hipotesis (uji t). Hasil penelitian ini adalah dengan menunjukan Uji-t yaitu kompensasi, stres kerja, lingkungan kerja dan motivasi kerja memiliki hubungan yang positif dan signifikan. Besarnya pengaruh kompensasi terhadap kepuasan kerja sebesar 55,35% dan sisanya 44,65% dipengaruhi variabel lain, lalu besarnya pengaruh stres kerja terhadap kepuasan kerja sebesar 54,61% dan sisanya 45,39% dipengaruhi variabel lain, besarnya pengaruh lingkungan kerja terhadap kepuasan kerja sebesar 55,50% dan sisanya 44,50% dipengaruhi variabel lain, dan besarnya pengaruh motivasi kerja terhadap kepuasan kerja sebesar 69,39% dan sisanya 30,61 % dipengaruhi variabel lain. Lalu Besarnya pengaruh kompensasi, stres kerja, lingkungan kerja, dan motivasi kerja terhadap kepuasan kerja sebesar 73,62% dan sisanya 26,38% dipengaruhi variabel lain. The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of compensation, work stress, work environment, and work motivation on job satisfaction at CV. Alika Buana Jaya Bekasi. This research is a quantitative descriptive study with the author's data method using a survey. The population in this study were all employees in CV. Alika Buana Jaya Bekasi. The sample in this study were 72 respondents. The analysis technique used is the coefficient of determination analysis technique and the hypothesis testing technique (t test). The results of the t test showed that the compensation variable had an effect on job satisfaction. Job stress variable has an effect on job satisfaction. Work environment variables affect job satisfaction. The variable of work motivation has an effect on job satisfaction. The results of this study are by showing the t-test namely compensation, work stress, work environment and work motivation have a positive and significant relationship. The magnitude of the effect of compensation on job satisfaction is 55.35% and the remaining 44.65% is influenced by other variables, then the magnitude of the effect of work stress on job satisfaction is 54.61% and the remaining 45.39% is influenced by other variables, the magnitude of the influence of the work environment on job satisfaction work is 55.50% and the remaining 44.50% is influenced by other variables, and the magnitude of the influence of work motivation on job satisfaction is 69.39% and the remaining 30.61% is influenced by other variables. Then the magnitude of the effect of compensation, work stress, work environment, and work motivation on job satisfaction is 73.62% and the remaining 26.38% is influenced by other variables.
