Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui apakah ada pengaruh gaya kepemimpinan, stres kerja, dan motivasi kerja terhadap kinerja karyawan pada PT. Pos Indonesia Cabang Bekasi. Populasi pada penelitian ini yaitu karyawan yang bekerja pada PT. Pos Indonesia Cabang Bekasi. Sampel yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini menggunakan rumus slovin sehingga diperoleh sebanyak 72 responden. Metode pengumpulan data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini menggunakan kuesioner dan observasi. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan pada penelitian ini adalah analisis regresi linier berganda dan pengujian hipotesis secara parsial maupun simultan dengan menggunakan bantuan SPSS 26. Setelah dilakukan pengumpulan dan analisis data maka hasil penelitian pada pengujian hipotesis membuktikan bahwa: (1) variabel gaya kepemimpinan berpengaruh terhadap kinerja karyawan, (2) variabel stress kerja berpengaruh terhadap kinerja karyawan, (3) variabel motivasi kerja juga berpengaruh terhadap kinerja karyawan. Secara simultan (bersama-sama) membuktikan bahwa gaya kepemimpinan, stress kerja, dan motivasi kerja terdapat pengaruh yang signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan pada PT. Pos Indonesia Cabang Bekasi This study aims to determine whether there is an influence of leadership style, work stress, and work motivation on employee performance at PT. Pos Indonesia Bekasi Branch. The population in this study are employees who work at PT. Pos Indonesia Bekasi Branch. The sample used in this study used the Slovin formula so that 72 respondents were obtained. The data collection method used in this study used a questionnaire and observation. The data analysis technique used in this study is multiple linear regression analysis and partial or simultaneous hypothesis testing using SPSS 26. After collecting and analyzing data, the results of research on hypothesis testing prove that: (1) leadership style variables affect employee performance, (2) work stress variable affects employee performance, (3) work motivation variable also affects employee performance. Simultaneously (together) prove that leadership style, work stress, and work motivation have a significant influence on employee performance at PT. Pos Indonesia Bekasi Branch
