Abstract
Abstrak B.Indonesia ABSTRAK Tujuan penelitian ini adalah mengetahui dan memahami serta menganalisis pengaruh disiplin kerja, lingkungan kerja dan keselamatan dan kesehatan kerja terhadap kepuasan kerja Driver Gojek. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode Kuantitatif yang bersifat deskriptif dan assosiatif.populasi dari penelitian ini adalah driver gojek, Teknik pengumpulan sampel menggunakan metode purposive sampling ,dengan jumlah sampel sebanyak 75 driver. Teknik pengumpulan data mengunakan kuesioner yang telah di uji validitas dan reliabilitasnya. Analisis yang digunakan adalah koeifisien determinasi menggunakan program SPSS versi 24.0. Hasil penelitian diperoleh bahwa variabel disiplin kerja berpengaruh positif dan tidak signifikan terhadap kepuasan kerja, untuk variabel lingkungan kerja berpengaruh positif dan tidak signifikan terhadap kepuasan kerja, lain hal nya dengan keselamatan dan kesehatan kerja berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kepuasan kerja driver, secara simultan disiplin kerja, lingkungan kerja dan kesehatan dan keselamatan kerja berpengaruh terhadap kepuasan kerja. Kata kunci: Disiplin Kerja, Lingkungan Kerja, Keselamatan dan kesehatan kerja,Kepuasan kerja Abstrack B.Inggris ABSTRACT The purpose of this study is to know and understand and analyze the influence of work discipline, work environment and occupational safety and health on job satisfaction of Gojek Drivers. This study used quantitative methods that are descriptive and associative.the population of this study is gojek drivers, the sample collection technique uses the purposive sampling method, with a total sample of 75 drivers. The data collection technique uses questionnaires that have been tested for validity and reliability. The analysis used was coeifisien determination using the SPSS program version 24.0. The results of the study obtained that the variables of work discipline have a positive and insignificant effect on job satisfaction, for the work environment variables have a positive and insignificant effect on job satisfaction, in contrast to occupational safety and health have a positive and significant effect on driver job satisfaction, simultaneously work discipline, work environment and occupational health and safety affect job satisfaction.
