Abstract

ABSTRAK Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk menganalisis apakah pengaruh latar belakang pendidikan, kompensasi, career path terhadap kinerja karyawan PT.Mandiri Abadi Cemerlang. 69 yang menjadi sampel penelitian ini. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah metode kuantitatif. data penelitian di kumpulkan dari kuesinor yang dibagikan kepada seluruh partisipan yang kemudian di analisis menggunakan Program Analisis Partial Least Square (PLS) yang digunakan peneliti adalah data yang dibuat dalam bentuk tertutup. Hasil dari penelitian ini menyatakan bahwa: (1) latar Belakang pendidikan 〖(X〗_1) berpengaruh secara positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan (Y). (2) kompensasi 〖(X〗_2) berpengaruh secara positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan (Y). (3) career path (X_3) berpengaruh secara positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan (Y). Secara simultan latar belakang Pendidikan 〖(X〗_1) kompensasi 〖(X〗_2) dan career path (X_3) atas kinerja karyawan (Y). baik Sebagian maupun semuanya secara bersamaan memiliki efek positif dan signifikan. ABSTRACT The purpose of this study was to analyze whether the influence of educational background, compensation, career path on the performance of employees of PT. Mandiri Abadi Cemerlang. 69 who became the sample of this study. The method used in this study is a quantitative method. Research data was collected from questionnaires which were distributed to all participants which were then analyzed using Partial Least Square (PLS) Analysis Program used by researchers. Data was made in closed form. The results of this study state that: (1) educational background〖 (X〗_1) has a positive and significant effect on employee performance (Y). (2) compensation 〖 (X〗_2) has a positive and significant effect on employee performance (Y).. (3) career path 〖 (X〗_3) has a positive and significant effect on employee performance (Y). Simultaneously educational background 〖 (X〗_1) compensation〖 (X〗_2) and career path 〖 (X〗_3) on employee performance (Y). both Part and all simultaneously have a positive and significant effect.
