Abstract
Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh stress kerja, komitmen organisasional terhadap kepuasan kerja karyawan PT. JNE Express. Stress kerja dan komitmen organisasional sebagai variabel independen dan berfungsi sebagai indikator kepuasan kerja. Variabel dependen dalam penelitian ini adalah kepuasan kerja. Penelitian ini menggunakan jenis penelitian deskriptif kuantitatif, yang dianalisis menggunakan korelasi Pearson dengan bantuan alat hitung statistik software SPSS Versi 26.00 untuk Windows. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah karyawan PT. JNE Express, dengan jumlah sampel sebanyak 48 orang. Data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah data primer. Penelitian ini membuktikan bahwa stress kerja dan komitmen organisasional memiliki pengaruh positif signifikan terhadap kepuasan kerja karyawan PT. JNE Express. This study aims to determine this effect of work stress, organizational commitment on job satisfaction of PT JNE Express employees. Job stress and organizational as independent variables and serves as an indicator of job satisfaction. The dependent variable in this study is job satisfaction. This research uses quantitative descriptive research, which is analyzed using pearson correlation with the help of statistical calculator software SPSS version 26.00 for Windows. The population in this study were employees of PT JNE Express, with a total sample of 48 people. The data used in this study is primary data. This study proves that work stress and organizational commitment have a significant positive effect on employee job satisfaction at PT JNE Express.
