Abstract
Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengujipengaruh kompensasi,motivasidan pengembangan karir terhadap kinerja karyawanoutrsourcingCleaning Service (Studi pada karyawan PT.Investama Building Jakarta Timur.) Penelitianini menggunakan jenis penelitian deskriptif pendekatan kuantitatif, yang diukur dengan menggunakan metode berbasis regresi linear berganda dengan WarpPLS 8.0. Populasi dari penelitian ini adalah perusahaan PT. Investama Building. Strategi asosiatif dengan menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif. Metode pengumpulan data menggunakan kuesioner yang diukur menggunakan skala likert.populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah karyawan PT. Investama Buildling,sedangkan sampel pada penelitian ini adalah karyawan yang bekerja di PT. Investama Buildingdengan menggunakan teknik purposive sampling sebanyak 127 responden sehingga total observasi dalam penelitian ini sebanyak 97 observasi. Data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini berupa data sekunder Teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan metode kuisioner. Hasil penelitian membuktikan bahwa kompensasi berpengaruh positif terhadap kinerja karyawanPT.Investama Building memberikan gaji yang sesuai dengan peraturan pemerintah sehingga karyawan giat dalam melaksanakan pekerjaanPT. Investama Building. memiliki pengaruh besar terhadap motivasi yang ada di kinerja karyawan. Pengembangan Karir terhadap kinerja karyawan memiliki daya tarik yang positif sehingga memberikan hasil yang baik untuk kinerja karyawan karyawan PT. Investama Building. kinerja karyawan yang dimiliki PT.Investama Building menurun dalam menjalankan pekerjaan karena tidak mengikuti standar operasional prosedur yang diberikan oleh perusahaan membuat karyawan tidak maksimal dalam menjalakan pekerjaan. This study aims to examine the effect of compensation, motivation and career development on the performance of cleaning service outsourcing employees (Study on PT. Investama Building East Jakarta employees.) This research uses descriptive research with a quantitative approach, which is measured using a method based on multiple linear regression with WarPLS 8.0. The population of this research is PT. Investama Building. Associative strategy using a quantitative approach. The data collection method uses a questionnaire which is measured using a Likert scale. the population in this study were employees of PT. Investama Buildling, while the sample in this study are employees who work at PT. Investama Building used a purposive sampling technique with 127 respondents so that the total observations in this study were 97 observations. The data used in this study is secondary data. Data collection techniques used a questionnaire method. The results of the study prove that compensation has a positive effect on the performance of employees at PT. Investama Building provides salaries in accordance with government regulations so that employees are active in carrying out the work of PT. Investama Building. has a major influence on the motivation that exists in employee performance. Career Development on employee performance has a positive appeal so that it provides good results for the performance of employees of PT. Investama Building. the performance of employees owned by PT. Investama Building has decreased in carrying out work because it does not follow the standard operating procedures provided by the company so that employees are not optimal in carrying out their work.
