Abstract
ABSTRAK Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis dan mengetahui pengaruh Disiplin Kerja, Motivasi Kerja dan Insentif terhadap Kinerja Driver Gojek di Kemayoran. Penelitian ini menggunakan jenis penelitian kuantitatif dengan strategi penelitian asosiatif. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah Driver Gojek di Kemayoran. Teknik pengambilan sampel dengan menggunakan pendekatan Purposive Sampling dimana jumlah sampel sebanyak 80 responden. Data yang digunakan adalah data primer dan sekunder. Pengumpulan data primer diperoleh dengan penyebaran kuesioner yang disebar melalui Whatsapp. Sedangkan, data sekunder diperoleh dari buku atau website yang berhubungan dengan apa yang diteliti. Metode analisis data menggunakan aplikasi SPSS versi 25 untuk melakukan uji instrument penelitian (uji validitas dan uji reliabilitas), analisis koefisien determinasi parsial dan simultan dan pengujian hipotesis (uji t, uji F). Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa disiplin kerja, motivasi kerja dan insentif secara parsial (sendiri-sendiri) berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kinerja Driver. Dan disiplin kerja, motivasi kerja dan insentif berpengaruh signifikan secara simultan (bersama-sama) terhadap kinerja Driver. ABSTRACT This study aims to analyze and determine the effect of Work Discipline, Work Motivation and Incentives on Performance Driver Gojek at Kemayoran. This study uses a type of quantitative research with and associative research strategy. The population in this study are Gojek Drivers in Kemayoran. The sampling technique uses purposive sampling where the number of samples is 80 respondents. The data used are primary and secondary data. Primary data collection was obtained by distributing questionnaires which were distributed via WhatsApp. Meanwhile, secondary data is obtained from books or websites related to what is being studied. The data analysis method uses the SPSS version 25 application test the research Instrument (validity test and reliability test), partial and simultaneous determination coefficient analysis and hypothesis testing (t-test and F-test) The results of this study indicate that work discipline, work motivation and incentives partially (by themselves) have a significant effect on performance Driver. And work discipline, work motivation and incentives have a significant effect simultaneously (together) on performance Driver.
