Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui (1) Pengaruh Self efficacy terhadap kepuasan kerja karyawan PT. Indorama Synthetics Tbk, (2) Pengaruh kompensasi terhadap kepuasan kerja karyawan PT. Indorama Synthetics Tbk, (3) Pengaruh lingkungan kerja terhadap kepuasan kerja karyawan PT. Indorama Synthetics Tbk. Populasi penelitian ini adalah karyawan yang bekerja pada kantor pusat (head office) PT. Indorama Synthetics Tbk dengan menggunakan Google Form sebagai media kuesioner. Metode pengambilan sampel menggunakan teknik Slovin dengan jumlah sampel 100 responden. Analisis statistik data menggunakan analisis koefisien determinasi parsial serta uji hipotesis dengan uji t menggunakan software IBM SPSS Versi 24. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa, (1) Self efficacy secara parsial berpengaruh terhadap kepuasan kerja karyawan, (2) Kompensasi secara parsial berpengaruh terhadap kepuasan kerja karyawan, (3) Lingkungan kerja secara parsial berpengaruh terhadap kepuasan kerja karyawan This study aims to determine (1) the effect of self-efficacy on job satisfaction of PT. Indorama Synthetics Tbk, (2) Effect of compensation on job satisfaction of employees of PT. Indorama Synthetics Tbk, (3) The influence of the work environment on job satisfaction of employees of PT. Indorama Synthetics Tbk. The population of this study are employees who work at the head office of PT. Indorama Synthetics Tbk by using Google Form as a media questionnaire. The sampling method uses the Slovin technique with a total sample of 100 respondents. Statistical analysis of the data used analysis of the partial coefficient of determination and hypothesis testing with the t test using IBM SPSS Version 24 software The results showed that, (1) Self efficacy partially affects employee job satisfaction, (2) Compensation partially influences employee job satisfaction, (3) Work environment partially influences employee job satisfaction.
