Abstract

ABSTRAK Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh pengaruh lingkungan kerja, komunikasi, dan beban kerja terhadap kepuasan kerja karyawan Matahari Department Store Lippo Plaza Kramat Jati. Strategi dalam penelitian ini adalah penelitian asosiatif dengan pendekatan kuantitatif. Teknik pengambilan sampel dengan menggunakan sampel jenuh. Jumlah populasi yang dijadikan sampel pada penelitian ini sebanyak 75 responden yaitu karyawan Matahari Department Store Lippo Plaza Kramat Jati, yang dianalisis menggunakan aplikasi pengolah data IBM SPSS versi 24. Teknik pengumpulan data dengan cara penyebaran kuesioner melalui Google Form dan analisis statistik data menggunakan analisis koefisien determinasi parsial serta uji hipotesis dengan uji t. Hasil dari penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa secara parsial Lingkungan Kerja tidak berpengaruh terhadap Kepuasan Kerja Karyawan Matahari Department Store Lippo Plaza Kramat Jati, Komunikasi tidak berpengaruh terhadap Kepuasan Kerja Karyawan Matahari Department Store Lippo Plaza Kramat Jati dan Beban Kerja berpengaruh terhadap Kepuasan Kerja Karyawan Matahari Department Store Lippo Plaza Kramat Jati. ABSTRACT This study aims to determine the effect of the work environment, communication, and workload on employee job satisfaction at Matahari Department Store Lippo Plaza Kramat Jati. The strategy in this research is associative research with a quantitative approach. Sampling technique using saturated samples. The total population sampled in this study was 75 respondents, namely employees of Matahari Department Store Lippo Plaza Kramat Jati, who were analyzed using the IBM SPSS data processing application version 24. The data collection technique was by distributing questionnaires through the Google Form and statictical analysis of the coefficient of determination partial and hypothesis testing with t test. The results of this study indicate that partially the work environment has no effect on employee satisfaction at Matahari Department Store Lippo Plaza Kramat Jati, communication has no effect on employee satisfaction at Matahari Department Store Lippo Plaza Kramat Jati and workload has an effect on employee satisfaction at Matahari Department Store Lippo Plaza Kramat Jati.
