Abstract
Tujuan penelitian ini untuk mengetahui apakah terdapat pengaruh Struktur Aktiva, Ukuran Perusahaan dan Profitabilitas terhadap Nilai Perusahaan pada perusahaan Properti dan Bangunan Konstruksi di Bursa Efek Indoneisa periode 201-2018. Sampel menggunakan 30 perusahaan Properti dan Bangunan Konstruksi dengan menggunakan data laporan keuangan berupa laporan posisi keuangan dan laporan laba rugi pada periode tahun 2016-2018. Model analisis data dalam penelitian ini menggunakan analisis regresi Data Panel dengan menggunakan software Eviews 9. Hasil penelitian ini secara parsial menunjukkan bahwa Struktur Aktiva dan Profitabilitas berpengaruh positif signifikan terhadap nilai perusahaan dalam periode 2016 - 2018. Sedangkan ukuran perusahaan tidak berpengaruh terhadap nilai perusahaan periode 2016-2018.
