Abstract

ABSTRAK Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pelaksanaan inventarisasi, optimalisasi serta pengawasan dan pengendalian manajemen aset tetap terhadap optimalisasi Pendapatan Negara Bukan Pajak di Kementerian Perdagangan. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode analisis kualitatif yaitu penelitian yang dilakukan untuk menggambarkan suatu gejala, kejadian, atau peristiwa yang terjadi saat ini. Populasi dari penelitian ini terkait dengan Instansi Pemerintah, yaitu Kementerian Perdagangan. Kemudian, sampel yang digunakan adalah 8 (delapan) Satuan Kerja yang berada di lingkungan Unit Eselon I Sekretariat Jenderal Kementerian Perdagangan. Data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini berupa hasil observasi, hasil wawancara serta studi pustaka yang kemudian di analisis untuk mencapai tujuan dari penelitian ini. Hasil Penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa pelaksanaan inventarisasi, optimalisasi serta pengawasan dan pengendalian manajemen aset tetap pada 8 (delapan) Satuan Kerja di lingkungan Sekretariat Jenderal belum dilaksanakan secara maksimal. Hal tersebut terjadi karena ketersediaan sumber daya manusia yang kurang memadai dan kurangnya kesadaran dan komitmen dari pimpinan. Sehingga atas ketidakmaksimalan tersebut dapat mempengaruhi peningkatan atas Pendapatan Negara Bukan Pajak pada Kementerian Perdagangan. Kata Kunci: Manajemen Aset, Aset Tetap, Pendapatan Negara Bukan Pajak ABSTRACT This research aims to determine the implementation of inventory, optimization, supervision and control of fixed asset management to optimize Non- Tax State Revenues in Ministry of Trade. This research used qualitative analysis methods that describe a phenomenon, event, or event that occurs at this time. The population of this research is related to Government Agencies, Ministry of Trade. Then, the sample of this research is eight units in the Secretariat General. This research used data from observations, interviews and literature studies to be analyzed to achieve the objectives of this research. The results of this research indicate that the implementation of inventory, optimization, supervision and control of fixed asset management on the eight units in the Secretariat General, has not been carried out optimally because of the inadequate availability of human resources and a lack of awareness and commitment from the leadership. So that the uncertainty can affect the increase in Non-Tax State Revenues at the Ministry of Trade. Keywords: Asset Management, Fixed Assets, Non-Tax State Revenues
