Abstract
ABSTRAK Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui sejauh mana implementasi prosedur kredit yang diberikan bagi pelaku UMKM pada PT. Bank Central Asia, Tbk KCP Sunter Bisma untuk meningkatkan keberlanjutan UMKM. Penelitian yang dilakukan deskriptif kualitatif, karena metode ini sangat cocok dan relevan dengan objek penelitian. Dalam penelitian ini data – data yang digunakan ialah data kualitatif yang bersumber dari data primer dan sekunder yang kemudian diolah sehingga tersusun menjadi satu yang diperoleh melalui dokumentasi, wawancara, dan observasi dan studi pustaka. Dari semua data tersebut saling menunjang dan melengkapi sehingga diperoleh data yang lengkap dan akurat. Hasil pnelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa, semua proses yang dilakukan pada prosedur pemberian kredit modal kerja sudah sesuai dengan kebijakan prosedur pemberian kredit PT. Bank Central Asia, Tbk KCP Sunter Bisma yang dilakuakan kepada calon debitur berdasarkan Standard Operating Procedure (SOP) yang diketahui dan disetujui oleh direksi. Pembuatan SOP atau Kebijakan Perkreditan Bank (PKB) disusun berdasarkan UU No. 10 Tahun 1998. Dan sesuai dengan Surat Keputusan Direksi Bank Indonesia No.27/162/KEP/DIR pada tanggal 31 Maret Tahun 1995 tentang Kewajiban Penyusunan dan Pelaksanaan Kebijaksanaan Perkreditan Bank khususnya bank – bank konvensional. Kata Kunci : Prosedur Kredit, UMKM, SOP ABSTRACT This study aims to determine the extent of the implementation of credit procedures provided to SMEs at PT. Bank Central Asia, Tbk KCP Sunter Bisma to improve the sustainability of MSMEs. The study was conducted descriptive qualitative because this method is very suitable and relevant to the object of research. In this study, the data used are qualitative data, which are sourced from primary and secondary data which are then processed so that they are arranged into one that is obtained through documentation, interviews, and observation and literature study. From all the data, they support and complement each other in order to obtain complete and accurate data. The results of this study indicate that, all the processes carried out in the procedure for granting working capital loans are in accordance with the policy of the procedure for granting credit PT. Bank Central Asia, Tbk KCP Sunter Bisma which is conducted to prospective debtors based on Standard Operating Procedure (SOP) that is known and approved by the directors. Making SOP or Bank Credit Policy (PKB) compiled based on Law No. 10 of 1998. And in accordance with the Decree of the Board of Directors of Bank Indonesia No.27 / 162 / KEP / DIR on March 31, 1995, concerning Obligations for the Compilation and Implementation of Bank Credit Policies, especially conventional banks.
