Abstract
ABSTRAK Penelitian ini dilakukan untuk mengetahui pengaruh prinsip good corporate governance terhadap kinerja karyawan pada PT. Pos Indonesia yang di proksi dengan menggunakan lima elemen prinsip good corporate governance yakni transparency, accountability, responsibility, independency,dan fairness. Populasi penelitian ini adalah karyawan PT. Pos Indonesia sebanyak 39, sedangkan yang menjadi sampel 15 responden. Teknik pengambilan sampel pada penelitian ini adalah probability sampling dengan menggunakan simple random sampling. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah metode kuantitatif dengan menggunakan alat ukur skala likert dan juga menggunakan interval data guna meyakini dimensi apa saja yang mempengaruhi good corporate governance terhadap kinerja karyawan. Teknik pengumpulan data melalui kuesioner. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa prinsip good corporate governance di PT. Pos Indonesia menunjukkan bahwa Prinsip keterbukaan antara karyawan dan perusahaan berpengaruh dengan baik. Karyawan yang bekerja di PT. Pos Indonesia melakukan pekerjaan dengan jelas sesuai fungsi dan organ-organ yang terdapat pada perusahaan. Prinsip pertanggungjawaban menunjukkan bahwa karyawan yang bekerja dapat mempertanggungjawabkan pekerjaannya dengan baik. Prinsip kemandirian yang ada pada karyawan menunjukkan bahwa karyawan mampu untuk memberikan pendapat serta dapat menyelesaikan masalah dengan tepat. Prinsip keadilan menunjukkan bahwa perusahaan dapat memenuhi hak para pemegang saham sesuai dengan perundangan yang berlaku. Hal ini menunjukkan bahwa PT. Pos Indonesia dapat menerapkan prinsip keadilan dengan sangat baik dan efektif. Kata Kunci : Good Corporate Governance, Kinerja Karyawan ABSTRACT This research was conducted to determine the effect of the principles of good corporate governance on employee performance at PT. Pos Indonesia is proxy by using five elements of good corporate governance principles, namely transparency, accountability, responsibility, independence, and fairness. The population of this research is the employees of PT. Pos Indonesia as many as 39, while 15 respondents were sampled. The sampling technique in this study is probability sampling using simple random sampling. The research method used is a quantitative method using a Likert scale measurement tool and also using data intervals to ascertain what dimensions affect good corporate governance on employee performance. Data collection techniques through questionnaires. The results showed that the principles of good corporate governance in PT. Pos Indonesia shows that the principle of openness between employees and companies has a good effect. Employees who work at PT. Pos Indonesia does the work clearly according to the functions and organs contained in the company. The principle of accountability shows that employees who work can account for their jobs properly. The principle of independence that exists in employees shows that employees are able to give opinions and can solve problems properly. The principle of justice shows that companies can fulfill the rights of shareholders in accordance with applicable laws. This shows that PT. Pos Indonesia can apply the principle of justice very well and effectively. Keywords : Good Corporate Governance, employee performance
