Abstract

ABSTRAK Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui pengaruh antara pengembangan karir, stress kerja, dan keadilan organisasi terhadap kepuasan kerja karyawan secara simultan maupun parsial. Penelitian dilakukan terhadap karyawan PT. Naviri Multi Konstruksi. Populasi yang digunakan pada penelitian ini adalah seluruh karyawan PT. Naviri Multi Konstruksi yang berjumlah 32 karyawan. Teknik yang digunakan untuk pengambilan sampel dalam penelitian ini menggunakan sampel jenuh atau sampling sensus, data yang digunakan pada penelitian ini adalah data primer. Jenis penelitian ini menggunakan teknik analisis kuantitatif yang bersifat asosiatif. Teknik pengumpulan data yang digunakan antara lain kuesioner (angket), studi pustaka dan skala likert. Metode analisis data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini uji validitas dan reliabilitas dengan metode statistik analisis data menggunakan software statistical package for social science (SPSS) versi 24.0. Hasil dari penelitian ini adalah bahwa terdapat pengaruh antara pengembangan karir terhadap kepuasan kerja karyawan secara parsial sebesar 20,07%. Terdapat pengaruh antara stress kerja terhadap kepuasan kerja karyawan secara parsial sebesar 12,96%. Terdapat pengaruh antara keadilan organisasi terhadap kepuasan kerja sebesar 13,18%. Terdapat pengaruh signifikan antara pengembangan karir, stress kerja dan keadilan organisasi terhadap kepuasan kerja sebesar 44,3%. NAVIRI MULTI CONSTRUCTION ABSTRACT The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of career development, work stress, and organizational justice on employee job satisfaction simultaneously or partially. The study was conducted on the employees of PT. Naviri Multi Construction. The population used in this study were all employees of PT. Naviri Multi Konstruksi with 32 employees. The technique used for sampling in this study uses saturated samples or census sampling, the data used in this study are primary data. This type of research uses quantitative analysis techniques that are associative in nature. Data collection techniques used include a questionnaire (questionnaire), literature study and Likert scale. The data analysis method used in this study tests the validity and reliability with the statistical method of data analysis using statistical package for social science (SPSS) software version 24.0. The results of this study are that there is an influence between career development on employee job satisfaction partially by 20.07%. There is an influence between job stress on employee job satisfaction partially by 12.96%. There is an influence between organizational justice on job satisfaction by 13.18%. There is a significant influence between career development, work stress and organizational justice on job satisfaction by 44.3%.
