Abstract

ABSTRAK Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui (1) pengaruh Kepribadian terhadap Minat Berwirausaha siswa SMK Negeri 48 Jakarta, (2) pengaruh Lingkungan Keluarga terhadap Minat Berwirausaha siswa SMK Negeri 48 Jakarta, (3) pengaruh Pendidikan Kewirausahaan terhadap Minat Berwirausaha siswa SMK Negeri 48 Jakarta, dan (4) pengaruh Kepribadian, Lingkungan Keluarga, dan Pendidikan Kewirausahaan terhadap Minat Berwirausaha siswa SMK Negeri 48 Jakarta. Jenis penelitian ini adalah penelitian kuantitatif dengan menggunakan metode penelitian asosiatif. Teknik pengambilan sampel pada penelitian ini menggunakan probability sampling. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah 285 siswa SMK Negeri 48 Jakarta kelas XII dengan sampel penelitian sebanyak 74 siswa. Teknik pengumpulan data yang digunakan adalah kuesioner. Analisis dalam penelitian menggunakan software IBM SPSS versi 25. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah analisis koefisien korelasi dan pengujian hipotesis secara parsial maupun simultan. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa (1) kepribadian berpengaruh secara parsial terhadap minat berwirausaha, (2) lingkungan keluarga berpengaruh secara parsial terhadap minat berwirausaha, (3) pendidikan kewirausahaan berpengaruh secara parsial terhadap minat berwirausaha, dan (4) kepribadian, lingkungan keluarga, dan pendidikan kewirausahaan berpengaruh secara simultan terhadap minat berwirausaha. ABSTRACT The purpose of this study was to determine (1) the influence of personality towards the students interest of entrepreneurship in 48 VHS Jakarta, (2) the influence of family environment towards the students interest of entrepreneurship in 48 VHS Jakarta, (3) the influence of entrepreneurship education towards the students interest of entrepreneurship in 48 VHS Jakarta, and (4) the influence of personality, family environment, and entrepreneurship education towards the students interest of entrepreneurship in 48 VHS Jakarta. This type of study is quantitative research by used associative method. The sampling technique in this study used probability sampling. The population in this study was 285 students of 48 VHS Jakarta with a sample of 74 students. Data collection technique used questionnaires. Analysis in this study used IBM SPSS version 25. Data analysis technique in this study used the analysis of correlation coefficients and hypothesis testing partially and simultaneously. The result of this study showed that (1) personality partially influences the interest of entrepreneurship, (2) family environment partially influences the interest of entrepreneurship, (3) entrepreneurship education partially influences the interest of entrepreneurship, and (4) personality, family environment, and entrepreneurship education simultaneously influences the interest of entrepreneurship.
