Abstract
This study aims to determine the effect of the work environment, work discipline and work motivation on employee performance at PT. PELNI Tanjung Priok Branch. The strategies and methods used in this study are survey strategies and quantitative methods. The population used is all employees of PT. PELNI Tanjung Priok Branch totaling 49 people and the sample to be used is 49 people with census techniques. Based on the results and discussion that the three independent or partially independent variables (work environment, work discipline, and work motivation) each positively correlated with employee performance at PELNI Tanjung Priok Branch, the three independent variables (work environment, work discipline, and work motivation ) simultaneously there is a very strong and positive relationship with employee performance, partially there is a significant positive influence on the work environment on employee performance at 95% confidence level, partially there is a significant positive effect on work discipline on employee performance at 95% confidence level, partially there is a significant positive effect of work motivation on employee performance at a 95% confidence level and simultaneously there is a significant positive effect on work environment, work discipline, and work motivation on employee performance at PT.
