Abstract

This study aims to determine how much influence the discipline, development and work environment have on job satisfaction of employees at PT Barataguna Indoganesha. The research method used is the survey method, using a questionnaire as a data collection tool. The number of samples used in this study were 63 people, where the determination of the number of samples in this study using census techniques. Based on the results and discussion shows that partially there is a significant influence of discipline on job satisfaction at PT. Barataguna Indoganesha with the contribution of the influence of discipline on job satisfaction by 43.6% or in other words 43.6% of the variations in the variable of job satisfaction can be explained by the variable of discipline; Partially there is a significant influence on the development of job satisfaction at PT. Barataguna Indoganesha with the contribution of the effect of development on job satisfaction of 9.7% or in other words 9.7% of variations in the variable of job satisfaction can be explained by the development variables; Partially there is a significant influence of the work environment on job satisfaction at PT. Barataguna Indoganesha with the contribution of the influence of the work environment on job satisfaction by 35.3% or in other words 35.3% variations in the variable job satisfaction can be explained by work environment variables and Simultaneously there is a significant influence of discipline, development and work environment on job satisfaction at PT . Barataguna Indoganesha with the contribution of the influence of discipline, development, and work environment together to job satisfaction of 78.6% or in other words 78.6% of variations in job satisfaction variables can be explained by variables of discipline, development, and work environment simultaneously.
