Abstract
Abstract The purpose of this research is to know how much effect of servicequality, coporate image and facilitiesonpatient satisfaction inRS Islam Jakarta Pondok Kopi. This research used associative strategy.The method used in this research is purposive sampling method. The number of samples in thisresearch were 100 respondents. The data analysis method used was the coefficient of determination and hypothesis testing.The result showed the partially, the influence of servicequality (X1), coporate image and facilitieson patient satisfaction respectively 37,6%, 37,3%, dan 32%, while the rest was influenced by other variables. As for the multiple effects of brand image, service quality and price on customer satisfaction is 54,8%. Based on the results of hypothesis testing with a significant level of 5% it was concluded that partially the servicequality, coporate image and facilitieswere significant to customer satisfaction. The results of simultaneous hypothesis testing conclude that servicequality, coporate image and facilitieshave a significant effect on patient satisfaction Keywords: service quality, corporate image, facilities, patient satisfaction
