Abstract
Abstract This study aims to determine and analyze the effect of quality of work life, work involvement, and work environment on organizational commitment in the State Printing Corporation of the Republic of Indonesia. The strategy used in this study is a quantitative associative research strategy and the research method used is a survey. The population in this study was 300 permanent employees. Sampling was carried out by the Slovin formula in which a sample of 75 employees was obtained. The analytical tool used is SPSS. Based on the results and discussion, it shows that quality work life has a significant effect on organizational commitment ; work involvement had no significant effect on organizational commitment ; the work environment has a significant effect on organizational commitment as well as quality work life, work involvement and the work environment has a significant effect on organizational commitment at the State Printing Corporation of the Republic of Indonesia.
