Abstract
Penelitian yang dilakukan bertujuan untuk mnguji pengaruh curent ratio, total asset turnover, dan net profit margin terhadap pertumbuhan laba pada perusahaan property dan real estate yang terdaftar di Bursa Efek Indonesia (BEI) tahun 2015-2019. Penelitian ini menggunakan jenis penelitian asosiatif dengan pendekatan kuantitatif yang diukur dan dihitung menggunakan metoda berbasis regresi linier berganda dengan program EViews Versi 10. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah perusahaan Property dan real estate yang terdaftar di Bursa Efek Indonesia (BEI) tahun 2015-2019. Metode pengumpulan data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah dokumentasi melalui situs www.idx.co.id. Teknik pengambilan sampel yang digunakan yaitu purposive sampling, dengan kriteria-kriteria tertentu sehingga terpilih 23 perusahaan yang menjadi sampel pada penelitian ini dengan 115 data observasi. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah analisis uji asumsi klasik, statistik deskriptif, estimasi data panel, analisis regresi data panel, dan uji hipotesis. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukan bahwa (1) Current Ratio berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap pertumbuhan laba; (2) Total Assets Turnover berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap pertumbuhan laba; (3) Net Profit Margin berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap pertumbuhan laba; dan (4) Curent Ratio, Total Asset Turnover, dan Net Profit Margin berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap Pertumbuhan Laba. This study aims to examine the effect of current ratio, total asset turnover, and net profit margin on profit growth in property and real estate companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX) in 2015-2019. This study uses an associative research type with a quantitative approach that is measured and calculated using a multiple linear regression-based method with the EViews Version 10 program. The population in this study is property and real estate companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX) in 2015-2019. The data collection method used in this research is documentation through the website www.idx.co.id. The sampling technique used was purposive sampling, with certain criteria so that 23 companies were selected as samples in this study with 115 observation data. The data analysis techniques used in this study were classical assumption test analysis, descriptive statistics, panel data estimation, panel data regression analysis, and hypothesis testing. The results of this study indicate that (1) Current Ratio has a positive and significant effect on profit growth; (2) Total Assets Turnover has a positive and significant effect on profit growth; (3) Net Profit Margin has a positive and significant effect on profit growth; and (4) Current Ratio, Total Asset Turnover, and Net Profit Margin have a positive and significant effect on Profit Growth.
