Abstract
ABSTRAK Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui pengaruh langsung dan tidak langsung komunikasi, gaya kepemimpinan terhadap kinerja pegawai melalui motivasi. Jenis penelitian yang digunakan adalah penelitian asosiatif. Populasi pada penelitian ini adalah orang tua murid di SDN Paseban 03. Sampel ditentukan menggunakan teknik purposive sampling sebanyak 100 responden. Analisis data penelitian ini menggunakan Analisis Jalur (Path Analysis). Metode pengolahan data menggunakan software SPSS versi 22.0 Hasil penelitian ini membuktikan bahwa variabel komunikasi berpengaruh signifikan terhadap variabel motivasi. Kemudian variabel gaya kepemimpinan berpengaruh signifikan terhadap variabel motivasi. Selanjutnya variabel motivasi berpengaruh signifikan terhadap variabel kinerja pegawai. Selanjutnya variabel komunikasi berpengaruh langsung terhadap variabel kinerja pegawai. Selanjutnya variabel gaya kepemimpinan berpengaruh langsung terhadap variabel kinerja pegawai. Selanjutnya variabel komunikasi berpengaruh tidak langsung terhadap kinerja pegawai melalui variabel motivasi, Selanjutnya variabel gaya kepemimpinan berpengaruh tidak langsung terhadap kinerja pegawai melalui variabel motivasi. Kata kunci :Komunikasi, Gaya Kepemimpinan, Kinerja Pegawai dan Motivasi ABSTRACT The purpose of this study was to determine the direct and indirect effects of communication, leadership style on employee performance through motivation. The type of research used is associative research. The population in this study were parents of students at SDN Paseban 03. The sample was determined using a purposive sampling technique of 100 respondents. Analysis of this research data uses Path Analysis. The data processing method uses SPSS software version 22.0 The results of this study prove that the communication variable has a significant effect on the motivation variable. Then the leadership style variable has a significant effect on the motivation variable. Furthermore motivational variables significantly influence employee performance variables. Furthermore, the communication variable directly affects the employee performance variable. Furthermore, leadership style variables directly influence employee performance variables. Furthermore, the communication variable has an indirect effect on employee performance through motivational variables, and the leadership style variable has an indirect effect on employee performance through the motivation variable.
