Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui dan menganalisis perbandingan kinerja keuangan sebelum dan selama pandemi covid-19 pada perusahaan periklanan dan media yang terdaftar di Bursa Efek Indonesia periode 2019-2020. Penelitian ini menggunakan jenis penelitian kausal komparatif, pendekatan kausal yang diukur dengan paired sample t-test dan wilcoxon signed rank test yang sebelumnya dilakukan dengan uji normalitas dan diolah dengan SPSS versi 2021. Populasi penelitian ini adalah perusahaan periklanan dan media yang terdaftar di Bursa Efek Indonesia (BEI) tahun 2019-2020. Pemilihan sampel ditentukan berdasarkan metoda purposive sampling, dengan jumlah sampel sebanyak 19 perusahaan periklanan dan media sehingga total observasi dalam penelitian ini sebanyak 38 observasi. Data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini berupa data sekunder. Teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan dokumentasi melalui situs resmi IDX www.idx.co.id dan website masing-masing perusahaan. Hasil dari penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa PBV,GPM,dan DER mengalami kenaikan, sementara TATO dan CR mengalami penurunan selama pandemi pada perusahaan periklanan dan media yang terdaftar di Bursa Efek Indonesia periode 2019-2020. This research intend to compare the financial performance before and during covid-19 pandemic in advertising and media companies listed on Indonesia Stock Exchange for 2019-2020 period. This research uses a type of comparative causal research, a causal approach as measured by the paired sample t-test and the Wilcoxon signed rank test which was previously carried out with the normality test and processed with 2021 version of SPSS. The population of this research were advertising and media companies listed on Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX) in 2019-2020 period. The sample selection was determined based on the purposive sampling method, with a total sample of 19 advertising and media companies so the total of observations in this research were 38 observations. The data used in this research is secondary data. Data collection techniques use documentation through the official IDX website www.idx.co.id and the websites of each company. The results of this research shows that PBV, GPM, and DER have increased, while TATO and CR have decreased during the pandemic in advertising and media companies listed on Indonesia Stock Exchange for 2019-2020 period.
