Abstract

ABSTRAK Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menguji pengaruh struktur modal, pertumbuhan perusahaan, ukuran perusahaan dan profitabilitas terhadap nilai perusahan pada perusahan jasa sektor infrastruktur, utilitas dan transportasi yang terdaftar di Bursa Efek Indonesia. Variabel independen dalam penelitian ini adalah struktur modal, pertumbuhan perusahaan, ukuran perusahaan dan profitabilitas. Variabel dependennya adalah nilai perusahaan. Penelitian ini menggunakan jenis penelitian asosiatif pendekatan kuantitatif. Populasi penelitian meliputi semua perusahaan jasa sektor infrastruktur, utilitas dan transportasi yang terdaftar di Bursa Efek Indonesia periode 2014-2017. Teknik pengambilan sampel yang digunakan adalah purposive sampling. Data populasi penelitian sebanyak 60 perusahaan dan diperoleh sampel sebanyak 13 perusahaan. Metode analisis data yang digunakan adalah regresi linier berganda dengan SPSS 25 yang menggunakan tingkat signifikansi 0,05. Data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini berupaa data sekunder. Teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan metode dokumentasi melalui situs resmi IDX : www.idx.co.id. Pengujian hipotesis dengan menggunakan uji parsial (uji-t) dan uji simultan (uji-F). Hasil penelitian membuktikan bahwa (1) Hasil analisis data dengan menggunakan uji parsial (uji-t) variabel struktur modal berpengaruh signifikan terhadap nilai perusahaa. (2) Pertumbuhan perusahaan tidak berpengaruh signifikan terhadap nilai perusahaan. (3) Ukuran perusahaan berpengaruh signifikan terhadap nilai perusahaan. (4) Profitabilitas berpengaruh signifikan terhadap nilai perusahaan. (5) Hasil analisis data dengan menggunakan uji simultan (uji-F) variabel struktur modal, pertumbuhan perusahaan, ukuran perusahaan, dan profitabilitas secara bersama-sama berpengaruh signifikan terhadap nilai perusahaan. Kata Kunci : Nilai Perusahaan, Struktur Modal, Pertumbuhan Perusahaan, Ukuran Perusahaan dan Profitabilitas ABSTRACT This study aims to examine the effect of capital structure, firm growth, firm size and profitability on company value in infrastructure, utility and transportation service companies listed on Indonesia Stock Exchange. The independent variables in this research are capital structure, company growth, firm size and profitability. Dependent variable is firm value. This research uses associative research quantitative approach. The study population includes all infrastructure, utility and transportation service companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange period 2014-2017. The sampling technique used is purposive sampling. The research population data is 60 companies and obtained sample of 13 companies. The method of data analysis used is multiple linear regression with SPSS 25 which uses a significance level of 0.05. The data used in this research is secondary data. Technique of collecting data using documentation method through IDX official website: www.idx.co.id. Hypothesis testing using partial test (t-test) and simultaneous test (F-test). The results of the study prove that (1) the results of data analysis using partial test (t�test) capital structure variables have a significant effect on the value of the company. (2) The growth of the company has no significant effect on firm value. (3) The size of the company has a significant effect on the value of the company. (4) Profitability has significant effect to company value. (5) ) the results of data analysis using simultaneous test (F-test) capital structure variabels, company growth, firm size, and profitability together have a significant effect on firm value.
