Abstract
Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh kepuasan kerja, stres kerja, lingkungan kerja dan pengembangan karir terhadap turnover intention sales farmasi di PT. Enseval Putera Megatrading Tbk. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode pendekatan kuantitatif. Populasi pada penelitian ini adalah seluruh divisi sales pharmamed yang berperan sebagai tenaga penjualan produk farmasi di PT.Enseval yang berjumlah 387 orang dengan jumlah sampel 132 orang tenaga sales farmasi. Pengumpulan data dalam penelitian ini menggunakan metode penelitian survei dengan alat kuisioner menggunakan skala likert. Penelitian ini menggunakan analisis partial least squares data processing (SEM) dengan program PLS. Hasil dari penelitian ini menyatakan bahwa kepuasan kerja tidak berpengaruh signifikan terhadap turnover intention, stres kerja dan lingkungan kerja berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap turnover intention, pengembangan karir berpengaruh negatif signifikan terhadap turnover intention. ( This study aims to determine the effect of job satisfaction, job stress, work environment and career development on turnover intention of pharmaceutical sales staff at PT. Enseval Putera Megatrading Tbk. This study uses a quantitative approach method. The population in this study is the entire pharmaceutical sales division which acts as the spearhead of pharmaceutical product sales at PT. Enseval, totaling 387 people with a total sample of 132 pharmaceutical sales personnel. Data collection in this study used survey research methods. Collecting data in this study using a questionnaire with a Likert scale. This study uses partial least squares data processing (SEM) analysis with the PLS . program. The results of this study indicate that job satisfaction has a positive and insignificant effect on the turnover intention, job stress and work environment have a positive and significant effect on the turnover intention, career development has a significant negative effect on the turnover intention. )
