Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh dewan komisaris, dewan direksi, kepemilikan institusional terhadap kinerja keuangan pada perusahaan perbankan yang terdaftar di Bursa Efek Indonesia (BEI). Strategi penelitian yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah strategi penelitian yang bersifat asosiatif dengan metoda penelitian kuantitatif yang di analisis dengan menggunakan metoda regresi linier berganda data panel dengan Software Econometric Views (Eviews) versi 10. Populasi dari penelitian ini adalah perusahaan sektor keuangan yang terdaftar di Bursa Efek Indonesia tahun 2018-2020. Sampel penelitian di tentukan berdasarkan metoda purposive sampling, dengan jumlah sampel sebanyak 10 perusahaan perbankan sehingga total observasi 30 observasi. Penelitian yang digunakan adalah metoda dokumentasi sekunder adalah pengumpulan datanya dengan dokumen yang dibuat/ ditulis berdasarkan laporan/ cerita dari narasumber atau sumber orang lain. Dalam penelitian ini, peneliti menggunakan data yang bersifat kuantitatif yang diambil dari laporan keuangan perusahaan perbankan yang terdaftar di BEI tahun 2018-2020. Teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan data menggunakan metoda dokumentansi melalui website resmi www.idx.co.id. Hasil penelitian membuktikan bahwa 1) Dewan Komisaris tidak berpengaruh terhadap kinerja keuangan, 2) Dewan Direksi berpengaruh positif terhadap kinerja keuangan, 3) Kepemilikan Institusional berpengaruh positif terhadap kinerja keuangan. KATA KUNCI: Dewan Komisaris, Dewan Direksi, Kepemilikan Institusional, ROA This study aims to determine the effect of the board of commissioners, board of director, institusional ownership on the financial performance of companies listed on Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX). The research strategy used in this research is an associative research strategy with the research method used is the secondary documentation method, which is the collection of data with the documents made/ made based on reports/ stories from sources or other sources. In this study, researchers used quantitative data taken from the financial statements on banking companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange in 2018-2020. The research sample was determined based on the purposive sampling method, with a total sample 10 banking companies so that total observations were 30 observations. The research used is secondary documentation, which is data collection with documents made or written based on reports or stories from sources or other sources. In this study, researchers used quantitative data taken from the financial statements of banking companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange in 2018-2020. Data collection techniques using the documentation method through the official website www.idx.co.id The result of the study prove that 1) The board of commissioners has no effect on financial performance, 2) The board of directors has a positive effect on financial performance, 3) Institusional ownership has a positive effect on financial performance.
