Abstract
This study aims to examine how the Effect of Product Excellence and Application of Islamic Values on Customer Financial Transactions at Bank Muamalat Indonesia. This study consists of two independent variables, and one dependent variable. The independent variable in this study is Product Excellence and Application of Islamic Values, while the dependent variable is Customer Financial Transaction. This research uses quantitative research, measured by using multiple linear regression based method with IBM SPSS 24. The population of this reserch is the customers/users of Bank Muamalat. The number of samples in this study were 100 respondents who were determined based on the slovin formula. The data used in this study are primary data. The data collection technique uses a questionnaire which is distributed to customers online via google form. The results of the study prove that product superiority partially has a significant positive effect on customer financial transactions, and the application of Islamic values has a significant positive effect on customer financial transactions at Bank Muamalat Indonesia. With these results, it is hoped that Bank Muamalat can always improve and update its products so that customers are more satisfied with making transactions at Bank Muamalat, as well as maintaining the Islamic application system that has been used by Bank Muamalat. This study provides evidence that the performance of Bank Muamalat can be proven from various aspects, the variables used in this study are very influential. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menguji bagaimana Pengaruh Keunggulan Produk dan Penerapan Nilai Islam Terhadap Transaksi Keuangan di Bank Muamalat Indonesia. Penelitian ini terdiri atas dua variabel independen, dan satu variabel dependen. Variabel independen dalam penelitian ini adalah Keunggulan Produk dan Penerapan Nilai Islam, sedangkan variabel dependennya adalah Transaksi Keuangan. Penelitian ini menggunakan jenis penelitian kuantitatif, diukur dengan menggunakan metode berbasis regresi linier berganda dengan IBM SPSS 24. Populasi dari penelitian ini adalah nasabah/pengguna Bank Muamalat. Jumlah sampel dalam penelitian ini adalah sebanyak 100 responden yang ditentukan berdasarkan rumus slovin. Data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini berupa data primer. Teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan kuesioner yang di distribusikan ke nasabah secara online melalui google form. Hasil penelitian membuktikan bahwa keunggulan produk secara parsial berpengaruh positif signifikan tehadap transaksi keuangan nasabah, dan penerapan nilai Islam berpengaruh positif signifikan terhadap transaksi keuangan nasabah di Bank Muamalat Indonesia. Dengan hasil demikian diharapkan untuk Bank Muamalat agar dapat selalu meningkatkan dan mengupdate produknya agar nasabah semakin puas melakukan transaksi di Bank Muamalat, serta tetap mempertahankan sistem penerapan Islam yang selama ini telah digunakan oleh Bank Muamalat. Penelitian ini memberikan bukti bahwa kinerja Bank Muamalat bisa di buktikan dari berbagai aspek, variabel yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini sangat berpengaruh.
