Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh kompetensi, motivasi dan lingkungan kerja terhadap kinerja pendidik dan tenaga kependidikan di SMA Pelita Tiga No. 3 – Jakarta Timur. Jumlah populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah seluruh pegawai SMA sebanyak 35 orang. Dengan jumlah populasi yang hanya 35 orang, maka penarikan sampel dengan menggunakan metode sampel jenuh. Jenis penelitian yang dilakukan adalah kuantitatif deskriptif, dengan jenis data cross section dan pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan menggunakan kuesioner yang diisi oleh responden, untuk sumber data berdasarkan literatur dan observasi. Analisis data menggunakan aplikasi IBM SPSS versi 26, dengan melalui uji parsial koefisien determinasi parsial dan uji simultan (uji F). Hasil penelitian melalui uji parsial menunjukan bahwa kompetensi, motivasi dan lingkungan kerja berpengaruh terhadap kinerja pendidik dan tenaga kependidikan SMA Pelita Tiga. Besaran kontribusi dari masing-masing variabel X terhadap variabel Y (kinerja pendidik dan tenaga kependidikan SMA Pelita Tiga) adalah X1 (33,4%), X2 (43%) dan X3 (62%). Hasil uji simultan dari hasil koefisien determinasi menunjukan hasil 62,2%, yang berarti besaran kontribusi yang mampu dijelaskan kompetensi, motivasi dan lingkungan kerja adalah 62% terhadap variasi persepsi kinerja pendidik dan tenaga kependidikan. Sedangkan dari Uji F menunjukan kompetensi, motivasi dan lingkungan kerja secara bersama-sama berpengaruh dan signifikan terhadap kinerja pendidik dan tenaga kependidikan dengan hasil F test > F tabel atau 19,677 > 2,90 dan nilai sig. < 0,05 yang artinya variabel kompetensi, motivasi dan lingkungan kerja secara bersama-sama mempengaruhi kinerja pendidik dan tenaga kependidikan SMA Pelita Tiga. This study aims to determine the influence of competence, motivation and work environment on the performance of educators and education staff at Pelita Tiga High School No. 3 – East Jakarta. The total population in this study was all high school employees as many as 35 people. With a population of only 35 people, the sampling using the saturated sample method. The type of research carried out is descriptive quantitative, for data collection it is carried out using questionnaires filled out by respondents, literature and observation. Data analysis using IBM SPSS version 26 application, by going through the t-test, the F test, the coefficient of partial and simultaneous determination. The results of the study through partial tests showed that competence, motivation and work environment influenced the performance of educators and education staff of Pelita Tiga High School. The amount of contribution of each variable X to variable Y (the performance of educators and education staff of Pelita Tiga High School) is X1 (33.4%), X2 (43%) and X3 (62%). The results of the simultaneous test of the coefficient of determination showed a result of 62.2%, which means that the amount of contribution that can be explained competence, motivation and work environment is 62% to variations in perceptions of the performance of educators and education personnel. Meanwhile, Test F shows that competence, motivation and work environment together have an effect and significantly affect the performance of educators and education personnel with the results of the F test > F table or 19,677 > 2.90 and sig values. < 0.05, which means that the variables of competence, motivation and work environment together affect the performance of educators and education staff of Pelita Tiga High School.
