Abstract

ABSTRAK Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis dan mengetahui pengaruh kedisiplinan, kepuasan kerja, dan motivasi terhadap produktivitas kerja karyawan PT. Karya Menara Abadi. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kuantitatif yang bersifat deskriptif dan assosiatif. Adapun populasi dari penelitian ini adalah seluruh karyawan PT. Karya Menara Abadi, namun tidak termasuk direksi. Teknik pengumpulan sampel menggunakan metode purposive sampling dengan jumlah sampel sebanyak 45 karyawan. Teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan kuesioner yang telah di uji validitas dan reliabilitasnya. Pengolahan data dalam penelitian ini menggunakan perangkat lunak statistik SPSS 24.0. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa variabel Kedisiplinan tidak berpengaruh terhadap Produktivitas Kerja Karyawan, variabel Kepuasan Kerja berpengaruh terhadap Produktivitas Kerja Karyawan, dan variabel Motivasi berpengaruh terhadap Produktivitas Kerja Karyawan. Secara simultan bahwa variabel Kedisiplinan, Kepuasan Kerja, dan Motivasi secara bersama-sama berpengaruh terhadap Produktivitas Kerja. Kata Kunci : Kedisiplinan, Kepuasan Kerja, Motivasi, dan Produktivitas Kerja Karyawan. ABSTRACT This study aims to analyze and determine the influence of discipline, job satisfaction, and motivation on the work productivity of PT. Karya Menara Abadi. This research uses quantitative methods that are descriptive and associative. The population of this study is all employees of PT. Karya Menara Abadi but does not include the board of directors. The sample collection technique uses the purposive sampling method with a total sample of 45 employees. The data collection technique uses questionnaires that have been tested for validity and reliability. Data processing in this study used SPSS 24.0 statistical software. The results showed that the Discipline variable has no effect on Employee Work Productivity, the Job Satisfaction variable affects Employee Work Productivity, and the Motivation variable affects Employee Work Productivity. Simultaneously, the variables of Discipline, Job Satisfaction, and Motivation together affect Work Productivity. Keywords: Discipline, Job Satisfaction, Motivation, and Employee Work Productivity.
