Abstract
ABSTRAK Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menguji apakah teknologi informasi dan kompetensi sumber daya manusia berpengaruh signifikan terhadap efektivitas sistem informasi akuntansi dengan usia dan pendidikan sebagai variabel moderating pada sektor bidang alat tulis kantor di wilayah Jakarta. Penelitian ini menggunakan jenis penelitian kuantitatif. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah UKM di bidang alat tulis kantor di wilayah Jakarta. Sampe yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini sebanyak 80 yang diperoleh berdasarkan teknik purposive sampling, yaitu penentuan sampel berdasarkan kesesuaian karakteristik dan kriteria tertentu. Teknik pengumpulan data yang digunakan adalah kuisioner. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah statistik deskriptif, analisis regresi, Uji T, Uji F, dan pengujian koefisien determinasi (R2). Yang diolah dengan bantuan program SPSS Statistic 25. Hasil penelitian membuktikan bahwa teknologi informasi berpengaruh terhadap efektivitas sistem informasi akuntansi, kompetensi sumber daya manusia berpengaruh terhadap efektivitas sistem informasi akuntansi, usia memoderating teknologi informasi berpengaruh terhadap efektivitas sistem informasi akuntansi, usia memoderating kompetensi sumber daya manusia berpengaruh terhadap efektivitas sistem informasi akuntansi, pendidikan memoderating teknologi informasi berpengaruh terhadap efektivitas sistem informasi akuntansi, pendidikan memoderating kompetensi sumber daya manusia berpengaruh terhadap efektivitas sistem informasi akuntansi, pada sektor usaha bidang alat tulis kantor di wilayah Jakarta. ABSTRACT This study aims to examine whether information technology and human resource competencies have a significant effect on the effectiveness of accounting information systems with age and education as moderating variables in the office stationery sector in the Jakarta area. This research uses quantitative research. The population in this study is SMEs in the field of office stationery in the Jakarta area. The sample used in this study was 80 obtained based on purposive sampling technique, namely the determination of the sample based on the suitability of certain characteristics and criteria. The data collection technique used is a questionnaire. The data analysis techniques used in this study were descriptive statistics, multiple linear regression analysis, T test, F test, and testing the coefficient of determination (R2). Processed with the help of the SPSS Statistics 25 program. The results of the study prove that information technology affects the effectiveness of accounting information systems, human resource competencies affect the effectiveness of accounting information systems, age moderating information technology affects the effectiveness of accounting information systems, age moderating human resource competencies affects the effectiveness of accounting information systems, moderating education Information technology affects the effectiveness of accounting information systems, education moderating human resource competencies affects the effectiveness of accounting information systems, in the office stationery business sector in the Jakarta area.
