Abstract

ABSTRAK Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh rekrutmen, penempatan karyawan, pelatihan dan pengembangan karir terhadap kinerja karyawan di PT. Enseval Putera Megatrading Tbk. Kinerja karyawan sebagai variable terikat, sedangkan rekrutmen, penempatan karyawan, pelatihan dan pengembangan karir merupakan variabel bebas. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode pendekatan kuantitatif, yang dianalisis dengan pendekatan survei yaitu pengumpulan data dan penilaian responden dengan menggunakan kuesioner dan menggunakan software SPSS versi 25. Populasi dari penelitian ini adalah seluruh karyawan PT Enseval Putera Megatrading, Tbk. Teknik pengambilan sampel menggunakan purposive sampling , dimana jumlah sampel sebanyak 78 responden berdasarkan rumus slovin. Teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan kuesioner. Pengujian hipotesis dengan menggunakan Koefisien Determinasi, Uji t, dan Uji f. Hasil dari penelitian ini membuktikan bahwa secara parsial variabel Rekrutmen berpengaruh terhadap Kinerja Karyawan, variabel Penempatan Karyawan tidak berpengaruh terhadap Kinerja Karyawan, variabel Pelatihan berpengaruh terhadap Kinerja Karyawan, dan Pengembangan Karir berpengaruh terhadap Kinerja Karyawan. Secara simultan bahwa variabel Rekrutmen, Penempatan Karyawan, Pelatihan dan Pengembangan Karir secara bersama-sama berpengaruh terhadap Kinerja Karyawan. ABSTRACK This study aims to determine the effect of recruitment, employee placement, training and career development on employee performance at PT. Enseval Putera Megatrading Tbk. Employee performance is the dependent variable, while recruitment, employee placement, training and career development are independent variables. This study uses a quantitative approach, which is analyzed by a survey approach, namely data collection and respondent assessment using a questionnaire and using SPSS version 25 software. The population of this study is all employees of PT Enseval Putera Megatrading, Tbk. The sampling technique used was purposive sampling, where the number of samples was 78 respondents based on the Slovin formula. Data collection techniques using a questionnaire. Hypothesis testing using the Coefficient of Determination, t-test, and f-test. The results of this study prove that the recruitment variable has an effect on employee performance partially, the employee placement variable has no effect on employee performance, the training variable has an effect on employee performance, and career development has an effect on employee performance. Simultaneously, the variables of Recruitment, Employee Placement, Training and Career Development together have an effect on Employee Performance.
