Abstract
Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui seberapa besar pengaruh komitmen karyawan, disiplin kerja dan kepuasan kerja terhadap Kinerja Karyawan pada PT. Boston Nusantara. Strategi yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah strategi Asosiatif dengan pendeketan metode kuantitatif. Teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan kuesioner yang diukur dengan skala likert yang telah di uji validitas dan reliabilitasnya. Populasi dari penelitian ini adalah seluruh karyawan PT. Boston Nusantara. Teknik pengumpulan sampel menggunakan Metode Nonprobability Sampling dengan Sampling Jenuh dalam jumlah sampel sebanyak 140 responden. Analisis yang digunakan adalah koefisien determinasi menggunakan program SPSS versi 25.0. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa secara parsial variabel Komitmen Karyawan tidak berpengaruh terhadap Kinerja Karyawan, variabel Disiplin Kerja berpengaruh terhadap Kinerja Karyawan dan variabel Kepuasan Kerja berpengaruh terhadap Kinerja Karyawan. Secara simultan bahwa variabel Komitmen Karyawan, Disiplin Kerja dan Kepuasan Kerja secara bersama-sama berpengaruh terhadap Kinerja Karyawan. This study aims to determine how much influence employee commitment, work discipline and job satisfaction have on employee performance at PT. Boston Nusantara.. The strategy used in this study is the Associative strategy with a quantitative method approach. The data collection technique used a questionnaire measured by a Likert scale that had been tested for validity and reliability. The population of this study were all employees of PT. Boston Nusantara. The sample collection technique used the Nonprobability Sampling Method with Saturated Sampling in a total sample of 140 respondents. The analysis used is the coefficient of determination using the SPSS version 25.0 program. The results showed that partially the employee commitment variable had no effect on employee performance, the work discipline variable had an effect on employee performance and the job satisfaction variable had an effect on employee performance. Simultaneously, the variables of Employee Commitment, Work Discipline and Job Satisfaction together have an effect on Employee Performance.
