Abstract
Peneliti ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui seberapa besar pengaruh kompensasi, motivasi, dan lingkungan kerja terhadap persepsi kinerja diri pada PT. WIDE Logistics. Metoda yang digunakan adalah metoda pengumpulan data menggunakan kuesioner yang diukur skala likert. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kuantitatif yang bersifat deskriptif dan assosiatif, dari hasil penelitian ini diperoleh adanya pengaruh kompensasi, motivasi , dan lingkungan kerja terhadap persepsi kinerja diri pada PT WIDE Logistics. Adapun objek penelitian merupakan semua karyawan di PT WIDE Logistics populasi sebesar 44 orang karyawan, dimana seluruh populasi dijadikan sampel penelitian dengan menggunakan sampel jenuh. Pengolahan data menggunakan perangkat lunak SPSS versi 26.00. Dari hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa variabel Kompensasi tidak berpengaruh terhadap Kinerja Karyawan, variabel Motivasi tidak berpengaruh terhadap Kinerja Karyawan, dan variabel Lingkungan Kerja berpengaruh terhadap Kinerja Karyawan. Kata Kunci : Kompensasi, Motivasi, Lingkungan Kerja, Persepsi Kinerja Diri This researcher aims to find out how much influence compensation, motivation, and work environment have on perceptions of self-performance at PT. WIDE Logistics. The method used is a method of collecting data using a questionnaire measured on a Likert scale. This study uses quantitative methods that are descriptive and associative, from the results of this study obtained the influence of compensation, motivation, and work environment on perceptions of self-performance at PT WIDE Logistics. The research object is all employees at PT WIDE Logistics with a population of 44 employees, where the entire population is used as a research sample using a saturated sample. Data processing using SPSS software version 26.00. The results of the study indicate that the compensation variable has no effect on employee performance, the motivation variable has no effect on employee performance, and the work environment variable has an effect on employee performance.
