Abstract
ABSTRAK Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh komunikasi internal, motivasi dan kompensasi terhadap semangat kerja karyawan PT. Karunia Berjaya Selamanya. Data penelitian yang dihimpun melalui survey dengan sampel pegawai PT. Karunia Berjaya Selamanya secara Quota Sampling, yang kemudian dianalisis dengan metode analisis jalur (path analysis) menggunakan perangkat lunak statistik SPSS versi 24.0. Hasil penelitian diperoleh bahwa komunikasi internal berpengaruh langsung terhadap semangat kerja, motivasi berpengaruh langsung terhadap semangat kerja, kompensasi berpengaruh langsung terhadap semangat kerja, komunikasi internal, motivasi dan kompensasi berpengaruh langsung terhaap semangat kerja. ABSTRAK The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of internal communication, motivation and compensation on employee morale at PT. Karunia Berjaya Selamanya. The research data was collected through a survey with a sample of employees of the PT. Karunia Berjaya Selamanya using Quota Sampling, which was then analyzed by path analysis using SPSS statistical software version 24.0. The results showed that internal communication has a direct effect on morale, motivation has a direct effect on morale, compensation has a direct effect on morale, internal communication, motivation and compensation have a direct effect on morale.
