Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of price, promotion and timeliness of goods delivery on service usage decisions at PT Gaffarindo Sukses Logistik. The method used is a survey method with a quantitative causal associative approach which uses questionnaires as a data collection tool. The target population in the study was employees of PT Gaffarindo Sukses Logistik, the number of samples used in this study was 97 respondents. The analysis tool used is SPSS. The results showed that there was a significant effect of price, promotion and timeliness of delivery of goods on decisions to use services at PT Gaffarindo Sukses Logistik both partially and simultaneously. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh harga, promosi dan ketepatan waktu pengiriman barang terhadap keputusan penggunaan jasa pada PT Gaffarindo Sukses Logistik Metode yang digunakan metode survei dengan pendekatan asosiatif kausal kuantitatif dimana menggunakan kuesioner sebagai alat pengumpulan datanya. Populasi sasaran dalam penelitian adalah karyawan PT Gaffarindo Sukses Logistik, jumlah sampel yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini sebanyak 97 responden. Alat analisis yang digunakan adalah SPSS. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan terdapat pengaruh yang signifikan harga, promosi dan ketepatan waktu pengiriman barang terhadap keputusan penggunaan jasa pada PT Gaffarindo Sukses Logistik baik secara parsial maupun simultan
