Abstract

ABSTRAK Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh Kepemimpinan Ambidextrous, Beban Kerja, dan Kompensasi terhadap Kepuasan Kerja pada karyawan PT BFI Finance Tbk. Cabang sunter. Dalam penelitian ini menggunakan metode kuantitatif, data diambil dari hasil pengumpulan menggunakan kuesioner. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah karyawan BFI Finance Tbk. Cabang sunter dengan jumlah sampel yang diambil sebanyak 120 responden menggunakan Teknik sampling jenuh. Analisis data menggunakan SmartPLS 3. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa Kepemimpinan Ambidextrous dan Beban Kerja berpengaruh terhadap Kepuasan Kerja, sedangkan Kompensasi tidak berpengaruh terhadap Kepuasan Kerja.
