Abstract

ABSTRAK Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk megetahui pengaruh Disiplin, Motivasi Terhadap Kinerja Karyawan Melalui Pelatihan Di PT. Gema Semesta Cendikia Bekasi. Pada penelitian ini terdapat populasi sejumlah 65 orang yaitu seluruh karyawan PT. Gema Semesta Cendikia. Strategi yang digunakan untuk penelitian ini adalah strategi kualitatif yang lebih menonjolkan suatu fenomena yang ada sesuai kenyataan guna menguji hipotesis tersebut. Metoda pengumpulan data yang digunakan yaitu dengan menyebarkan kuesioner lalu hasilnya diukur dengan skala likert. Teknik dalam pengambilan sampel adalah sampel jenuh karena semua populasi yang ada dijadikan sampel yaitu sebanyak 65 responden. Analisis data yang digunakan pada penelitian ini adalah Analisis Jalur (Path Analysis). Pengolahan data ini menggunakan program SmartPLS versi 3.0. Hasil penelitian ini dapat disimpulkan bahwa variabel disiplin memiliki pengaruh langsung terhadap kinerja karyawan. Variabel motivasi tidak berpengaruh langsung ter-hadap kinerja karyawan.Variabel disiplin berpengaruh terhadap pelatihan. Variabel mo-tivasi berpengaruh terhadap pelatihan. Variabel pelatihan berpengaruh terhadap kinerja. Variabel disiplin terhadap kinerja melalui pelatihan tidak berpengaruh bagi karyawan. Variabel motivasi terhadap kinerja melalui pelatihan tidak berpengaruh bagi karyawan. Kata Kunci : Disiplin, Motivasi, Pelatihan, dan Kinerja ABSTRACK This study aims to determine the effect of discipline, motivation on employee performance through training at PT. Gema Semesta Cendikia Bekasi. In this study, there were a number of 65 people, namely all employees of PT. Echoes of the Scholarly Universe. The strategy used for this research is a qualitative strategy which is more im-portant than the existing phenomena according to the requirements for using the hy-pothesis. The method used is the data used with a questionnaire and the results are measured with a Likert scale. The sampling technique is saturated sample because all existing populations are sampled, namely as many as 65 respondents. The data analysis used in this research is Path Analysis. Data processing uses the SmartPLS version 3.0 program. The results of this study can ignore that discipline variables have a direct effect on em-ployee performance. Motivation variables do not have a direct effect on employee per-formance. Discipline variables have an effect on training. The motivation variable has an effect on training. The training variable has an effect on performance. Discipline variable on company performance has no effect on employees. The motivation variable on performance through training has no effect on employees. Key Words : Discipline, Motivation, Training and Performance
