Abstract

ABSTRAK Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh lingkungan kerja, gaya kepemimpinan dan kompensasi terhadap keterikatan kerja karyawan di PT. Yamaha Music Manufacturing Indonesia. Strategi penelitian ini adalah asosiatif. Metode penelitian ini adalah metode survey. Populasi penelitian ini adalah seluruh karyawan PT. Yamaha Music Manufacturing Indonesia sebanyak 3000 orang dan sampel penelitian ini adalah 97 orang diperoleh menggunakan rumus slovin dengan tingkat kesalahan 10%. Analisis yang digunakan adalah SEM PLS penelitian menguji inner model, outer model, dan hipotesis dengan menggunakan software SmartPLS 3.0. Hasil penelitian menyatakan: (1) Lingkungan kerja berpengaruh terhadap keterikatan kerja. (2) Gaya kepemimpinan tidak berpengaruh terhadap keterikatan kerja. (3) Kompensasi berpengaruh terhadap keterikatan kerja. Kata kunci : Lingkungan Kerja, Gaya Kepemimpinan, Kompensasi, Keterikatan Kerja ABSTRACT This study aims to determine the effect of work environment, leadership style and compensation on employee work engagement at PT. Yamaha Music Manufacturing Indonesia. This research strategy is associative. This research method is a survey method. The population of this study were all employees of PT. Yamaha Music Manufacturing Indonesia as many as 3000 people and the sample of this study were 97 people obtained using the Slovin formula with an error rate of 10%. The analysis used is SEM PLS research to test the inner model, outer model, and hypothesis using the SmartPLS 3.0 software. The results of the study stated: (1) The work environment has an effect on work engagement. (2) Leadership style has no effects on work engagement. (3) Compensation affects work engagement.
